I am a member of MFSO in Houston, Texas. My son was in Taji with the 4ID when this happened to Bob Woodruff. He had met Bob the day before in the TOC where he worked.
I happened upon your blog while doing research on TBI. I blogged on this as well. I cried most of the way through it. I am so grateful to Bob and ABC for putting this out there to educate the public.
'And Should We Die' is a historical novel, written by Arthur Ruger, with a compassionate look at a little known tragedy in American pioneer history; the Willie-Martin handcart trek (the last of the handcart pilgrimages) with incredulous hardships that took so many lives. A novel about faith and courage in the Old American West
